Iceberg in a tsunami

For this one we are just adding one simple thing to your traditional Dark & Stormy. A scoop of ice cream! If you want to go really crazy with it you can add a splash of grenadine to the dark and stormy for a kiss of cherry.

In pint glass or a tiki mug- do NOT add ice.

1 part dark rum

2 parts ginger beer

(optional) splash of grenadine

1 scoop vanilla ice cream
